Painting White Roses In Oils

Light Light Light! – White Roses.

Here one of the first florals from 2019, Spring. White roses.

I had painted these before, white roses in oils, not to my liking, so I was determined to do a proper job this time.

Here I again changed backgrounds multiple times, hard to find the ‘right colors’, right strokes at the right places. In harmony now.

I think next time I should really increase the distance more. Roses can be painted more easily ‘simplified’ when you can just take more distance.
