Sparkly Narcissus

In Strong Light.

You can see how your Florals (Flower paintings) will evolve with time and with new ideas, different materials.

Here narcissus in oils. Again, that strong morning light is what for me it’s all about.
When it’s grey one morning I’ll wait for another time.

Different from Seascapes, painting by the ocean, you can do in all weather.
Sure, why not work indoors with a light?
Yes, when it would be grey two weeks in a row, I for sure would do that.
But it’s also about the creation process. I feel just a different energy when painting indoors.
Maybe indoor painting makes me more ‘a lazy painter’?
Dunno! I think that’s the reason too. If the light were the same indoors/outdoors, I’d still go outdoors. Unless the neighbours were freaking me out again ;)
