Painting Light in Winter at the Beach.
The Light in Winter might be the best light there is. It’s yellowish, the sun low above the horizon.
SA10-2014 Seascape Autumn “Winterlight – the Three of us” – Sold
oil on canvas, 24×30 cm | 9.6″ x 11.8″ 2014
In March April and June I’ll be hosting the “4-Day Seascaping” Masterclasses again in which artists joined from really all parts of the world. Grateful for these times. As in everything one has to evolve in whatever you do to become better at it and so in teaching others. I’ve grown more comfortable in it over the years. Letting me enjoy it double as much. March is always a weather mystery. One can really expect all circumstances. April could be very ‘Springy’, June could be similar or we could have a heatwave on our hands. To me, it’s all fine. Most of the times the extremes are most interesting. :)
