Here we are with the first of yet another great series about Sunrises. I will start by posting these new paintings from the end of winter. The benefits of Winter: you don’t have to get up THAT early to catch the morning sunrise. These you’ll see here are the lucky ones, many don’t realize the sun isn’t always to be found. On many occasions arriving at ‘sunrise spots’ to find gray which isn’t moving out-of-the-way, and nothing we can do but drive home :) It’s a Sport!

Here’s a 1 minute video with a 15 sec. (!) video clip I posted to instagram. These are ‘snapshot’ videos, not meant to be perfect. Often the sound is windy and the footage shakes, though you might like this ‘taste of the moment & scene’.
